Do we accept insurance?

Concierge services are self-pay however, insurance companies may cover it if it’s deemed medically necessary by the ordering physician.

We will provide the laboratory your insurance information to process your specimens. It is your responsibility to verify the insurance plan and coverage. IHS does not guarantee insurance reimbursement or coverage for any of the above services.
